The Pewter Thread is a traditional material used in the creation of Sámi Jewellery. The Sámi are an indigenous people who’s homeland stretches across northern Scandinavia and eastward into the Kola Peninsula in Russia. The thread is an alloy Pewter made with Tin and 4% Silver or for the coloured thread, Tin and Copper. Both are Lead and Nickle free.
Sold per meter in continual lengths and is 0.25mm pre-spun.
