Shipping: All of my kits and jewellery are handmade and it is aimed to be sent out within 4 working days of the order being placed. If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact me as more often than not I can work to shorter time scales.
Shipping is initially priced per item, and then combined taking into account both weight, size and insurance value.
For small items weighing less than 50g, delivery is by standard first class mail within the UK and Standard International for all overseas destinations.
Royal Mail have recently significantly reduced the insured value of packages sent via their 1st Class Signed For service. So from 1st May 2024 all UK parcels over 50g will be sent using their Tracked 24 service which includes a much higher level of insurance.
All international parcels will be posted using International tracked.
If you require a different service such as Standard International or International Tracked and Signed please include it in the 'Note to Seller' and I will refund / invoice accordingly
All orders are sent out in plain packaging and will not display the name Sulis Designs on the outside.
Please note: From the 1st July 2021 VAT will apply to all sales made by customers in the EU. I will be posting all items as Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). It will be the customers responsibility to pay any import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and handling fee.
Special delivery instructions: If you have any special instructions for delivery, please include them in the ‘Note to Seller’ section at the checkout.
Kits and Tutorials: All kits and tutorials include a single-user license for the purchaser. Text, photos & illustrations are copyright protected and must not be copied, shared, sold or distributed in any way. It must not be taught without written permission from Claire Sumner. Tutorials are not refundable.
Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact me at [email protected]. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
How to care for your hand-crafted jewellery When wearing, protect all jewellery from scratches, sharp blows, chemicals, extreme temperatures and sunlight. To avoid scratching other jewellery, please store each item separately. Remove jewellery when doing household chores such as gardening, cleaning and household repairs, or any sport. Apply makeup, perfume and hairspray before putting on your jewellery. Do not wear in swimming pools, hot tubs or when bathing.
