This kit is for a 10 strand Wire Kumihimo braided Christmas Tree Decoration.

A fun and sparkling unique decoration to hang on your tree, finished off with Swarovski Crystals and a shiny jingle bell. Made from a wire Laramie braid filled with sparkling seed beads.

Laramie is a variation of an old European straw-plaiting braid, that was adapted by Shirley Berlin and Carol Godwin for the Kumihimo disk.

2 colour options are available but you can also pick your own colour combinations that will be made to order. Just add your colour choices to the notes section on checkout

This is an intermediate project, where previous experience of working with a core would be beneficial.

The kit will contain the layout pattern and all the necessary wire and beads as well as the instructions for Kumihimo braiding with 10 strands. 

You will need to supply your own equipment i.e. Kumihimo Disk, wire cutters, needles and pliers. Also you will need either a Wags Wicone or Conetastic tool to make the cones. If you don't have either of these I'm more than happy to put some made cones into the kit, just leave a note at checkout.​
